The lease is signed, the Architect has been hired, and now it's time to find a Contractor.

The question that everyone should be asking themselves is, should the Contractor be working for us, or should they be working for the landlord. When you stop to think about this question, the answer is obvious. The contractor should be working for us. If the allegiance is not with you, then who is it with? Shouldn't they be looking out for your interest and no one else's?

Having said all of that, who is going to do all of the negotiations for you with respect to the Contractor? That is where Relocation Solutions comes into the picture. As one of our services to our clients, we take your project and bid it out amongst the qualified GC's for the project. We then review the bids to make certain that everything called for on the project documents is included in the proposals. We then meet with the contractors, value engineer the project, negotiate the best deal for you, get the contract signed, and monitor the construction until we get our Certificate of Occupancy.
